MCH agrees to treat any non-public information received from the recipient as confidential and will not disclose any such information to any third party without the recipient’s prior consent except as required by law or any regulatory requirement. MCH shall be entitled to copy and circulate any confidential information received from the recipient to such of its professional advisors and to those MCH Persons whose knowledge of such information is necessary for such purposes.
