The group's visit was organized and sponsored by Sarawak Craft Council (SCC), assisted by UiTM/MCHJV, to the Kraf Malaysia EXPO in KL during the 23-24 March 2009, on their own initiative to gain further exposure in that field.  At the same time, Sarawak Craft Council (SCC) invited members from BBCA  to be at the EXPO, there were 3 members under SCC for the visit.
UiTM and MCHJV arranged the logistics and accommodation for the members during their 3-day stay in KL including organizing visits to various galleries and places of interest  for  the members.
The visiting BBCA members also enjoyed a happy reunion with the students from UiTM who participated in the Sg. Asap, Home Stay Programme in December, 2008.  SCC and BBCA stayed at the UiTM Hotel in Shah Alam, during their visit in KL.
